The Whites face competition favourite Royals at Campese on Saturday. Royals remain undefeated after accounting for Tuggeranong again last Saturday while Queanbeyan had a day out against Easts.
Locked in a three-way battle with Wests and Gungahlin to make up the four, the Whites need to show that they can be competitive against the top side.
Coach Adam Fahey has a settled side with half Mitch Douch gaining selection over Josh White. Douch has a sharp running game and can create scoring opportunities.
Second grade have a solid line-up with Zac Tarrant and Jake Holland adding punch in the centres. Royals are equal first with Tuggeranong on 49 with the Whites on 44 and a good chance to sneak into the top two.
Colts have had a week without coach Daniel Hawke who has the ACT Schoolboys in Sydney and is boasting a win over Queensland.
Assistant coaches Mark Henjak and Grant Jones will have the side primed for a good showing after close matches against Gungahlin and Tuggeranong.
With players returning from injury thirds and fourths are strong particularly in the backs. Lani Tiatia and Toni Fifita create problems for any defence while in fourth grade Erinea Apinuru and Luke Cochrane are the game breakers.
