20 Feb Good Company and Humour
Jerry Seinfeld always complained that fellow comedian Kenny Bania got laughs simply because Seinfeld had warmed up the audience. Former Wallaby Joe Roff did comedian Sean Woodland a favour at the Whites gentlemen’s lunch with his anecdotes and his slap downs of such stirrers as Butcher that left the crowd in stitches. Woodland continued the hilarity at The Royal with a well delivered jokeathon.
One hundred and twenty rugby lovers had a great afternoon with Brumby CEO Michael Jones and Wallaby assistant and Brumby coach Stephen Larkham setting the scene for the 2016 season
Home grown Brumby players Robbie Coleman and Les Leulua’iali’ i-Makin also spoke about their hopes for the coming season.
The Brumbies start the year at home with the Hurricanes on Friday February the 26th and then the Waratahs on Friday March 4.
