Saturday is Old Boys Day and is a special day for the two premiership teams on 2007-first grade and colts.
First grade led by Josh Hastings defeated Gungahlin 33-12 in the first premiership win since 1983 when David Jones lifted the John I. Dent Cup.

Current first grade coach Adam Fahey has fond memories of the 2007 colts as he was the coach. Beaten the previous year in the title game by Tuggeranong it was Queanbeyan’s turn winning 29-25 after being behind 17-11 at half time.
