Ben Pattenden keen to make an impression at five eighth.

With Queanbeyan’s premier division teams having a bye the spotlight is on the first division thirds and fourths meeting Hall at Campese Oval at 1.30 and 3pm on Saturday.
A gala day of girls rugby will be held during the morning.
Hall’s third grade side is sitting near the top of the ladder and will give the Whites a fright. Gungahlin are ahead of them and it shows the strength of the Gungahlin area in rugby which will continue well into the future.
The Whites do have plenty of depth as well with half Jeremy Taylor itching to get a run and five eighth Ben Pattenden keen to show his stuff at 10. The back row of Simi Latu, Brian Muller and Michael Edwards will need to be on their game to slow the Hall back line.
Fourths are in a log-jam with five teams all sitting around second place. Hall on the other hand is nearer to the bottom. Given Queanbeyan has a backline that plays the razzle dazzle with rap stars like the Finau brothers, Rienhold Kamilo and Lani Tiatia there should be plenty of entertainment value in the first game of the day.
On May 27, the Whites travel to Phillip District to take on the hot Royals and the following week are at home again against Gungahlin before the long weekend break.
