Twenty six 20

The 26 Twenty program starts on Tuesday the 25th from 4.30 to 6.30pm. Josh will be on hand on Tuesdays and Thursdays to oversee weights and running programs. Players are only required to do one hour-after work or later.
The club has purchased more than $3,000 worth of equipment to allow the program to continue and grow. At no cost you can build your biceps, bulk up and show off your chest.
