Zeph is man of the match

Lock Zeph Tuinona was named the Truefitt and Hill man of the match for his performance against Wests.

It was a good birthday present for the forward who celebrated his 18th on Saturday. He will look real smart with a shave and haircut touch up at Truefitt and Hill plus an endurance exercise pack from PTP.

The Whites first win was a team effort with all players starting to find the combinations. Centre Tino Manuolevao and Keith Morgan were damaging with Tino having a day out in attack and Morgan ever reliable in defence.

Carl Elliot relished the NO 8 position and gave the scrum the solidarity it has lacked in recent games. Debutante Wyll Holland will be hard to shift from first grade after his non-stop display.

Queanbeyan play Royals at Phillip District on Saturday in the premier division with thirds and fourths having a day off as the games against RMC have been deferred.
